But I made it through and it&#8217;s times like this that I&#8217;m really glad I cut all my hair off. I will never intentionally go to a hot yoga class, but it seems like anything over 70F is too hot for me anyway.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Starting to totally understand the appeal of the whole bald Buddha thing right now.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Apparently my body thinks a FLOW YOGA class is the same as aerobic exercise.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another overly sweaty yoga class.
