One of those \u00e2\u20ac\u0153It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s good for you\u00e2\u20ac\u009d types of classes\u00c2\u00a0 even though it might not feel so great while you do it. It was essentially a private lesson too since I was the only one there so we talked a bit while we worked on our \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Myofascial Roll &amp; Release.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00c2\u00a0 A great refresher on what I already knew and I picked up a few more tricks too.<\/p>\n<p>During our class the teacher and I chatted intermittently. The topic of me having the RYT 200 hour came up, but she seemed most interested in my dance and mentioned she had done Hula with another local teacher.\u00c2\u00a0 She knew of my studio and even knew Tribal Wallah by name.\u00c2\u00a0 About midway through our class she said:<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll be your tribe misses you\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>Twinge. Pangs of guilt.\u00c2\u00a0 But also release.<\/p>\n<p>I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m not sure I actually replied with anything since she said something about not doing hula anymore and missing it but filling it with something else. I think I nodded. And then I spent the rest of the class thinking about that and in fact I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m just now getting around to really processing it:<\/p>\n<p>I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m thinking even the Buddha might have trouble with this non-attachment.\u00c2\u00a0 But it had to go.\u00c2\u00a0 And yet it is missed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saturday\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s class was less yoga and more therapeutic.
