I feel like that was a pretty intense warm up and that wasn&#8217;t even the hardest part yesterday.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I did a total of 55 squats with a &#8220;weighted barbell&#8221; on my back.  And then I did 90 kettle ball swings. There were sections of this workout that I feel I totally failed at, but those two things I am very proud of. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today I am hating how many stairs there are in my house and how many of my chores incolve running up and down those dang stairs.
