But I did them, and all the STEP UPS (81 of them!) and all the other things too. I really need to remember to wear a EXTREME SUPPORT bra when burpees are part of the workout. Otherwise I&#8217;m impressed I survived this heavily modified workout pretty well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, I upped my deadlight weight and did 5 sets of 5 with 35#.
