Not just quads, but hamstring attachments to glutes and my inner thigh adductors are screaming mad. <br><br>I still went for my walk though. I was slower than most of my walks last week and felt colder than usual even though I wore the same thing I&#8217;ve been wearing fleece-lined legging with a snow skirt, long sleeve thermal base with a good jacket, scarf, mittens and hat.
