I didn&#8217;t do the metcon and it still took me over 50 minutes to get through this workout.  I feel like I need a &#8220;TTSL Low Equipment for Dummies and the Out of Shape Folk&#8221; workout. These workouts are kicking my butt.<br><br><em>Last week one of my ferrets ended up in emergency surgery so my W-F workout and walks were skipped.
