I&#8217;m not sure when &#8212; no, I take that back, I do know when I became a worrier &#8212; when I became a mom.  The most terrifying thing that could ever happen to me was something happening to her.  And 25 years later I still have that terrible worry.  It only occurs when things don&#8217;t go as planned, like someone is supposed to be someplace and they aren&#8217;t, which makes me think something horrible must have happened to them to make them miss that appt.  It frequently extends to the people around me that I feel responsible for in some way, such as my students. <\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s exhausting, really.  I think I need to figure out how to stop worrying about the physical and mental well-being of everyone around me and think about myself first once in a while.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This was me today.
