This means no physical yoga for me, although that does not mean I’m ignoring my sadhana; instead I feel like I’ve been doing an awful lot of personal reflection lately, even for me. I haven’t made any grand decisions around these reflections, I’m just watching them as a patient observer. <\/p>\n
