I took a day off from the workweek to drive out to Denali National State Park with my friend Caroline. I had seen a bear and several wolves the weekend before and they had been sighted by other people through the week so we hoped to glimpse a sight of them again. We had a bit of a rocky start getting out of town, but finally got on the road around 12:30 and made it into the park by 3pm. I took along my near-completed mouse droid for some fun photos too.

Denali was out in full glory. The mouse droid encountered a rebel vehicle and we saw a wolf in the far distance along with a lot of caribous. It was a beautiful day for a drive and I always find it relaxing to be in the park.
