Made the choice to go to the Comic Book Shop last night after dinner on a night where they had some kind of board gaming going on. LOTS of uber nerds were there and by that I mean the ones that need some help with hygiene and social skills. Witness two doing very gross things very publicly: one was flat-out picking his nose in front of other folks and the other sneezing without covering his face. All I could think was 1) what would your mother think? and 2) these are NOT my people!
And today I wake up feeling like I have con crud: sore throat, chest is heavy and my head feels like I just survived an excellent DragonCon. But I didn’t and I’m fairly sure it was due to the comic book store visit last night so so I really hate those people now.
