Last night I tried to make the green pumpkin seed mole that I learned at the cooking class I took last weekend. I think I ended up with less than half the tomatillos I was supposed to use, plus I don’t have a food processor yet (I ordered one !) so this was done with a blender. Which means I had to add some water to get it to blend! But the flavor was really, really good! I was most impressed with myself!
