2014 was a year of change and the beginning of some transformation. Space for Movement moved from being focused on a physical studio providing classes every night of the week, to focusing on my offerings of tribal belly dance and bhangra/bollwood classes. It was a big change and a bit scary at first, but better in the long run since I could focus on what I wanted to personally provide to my students, allowed for some personal creative growth to happen and I made it through the 200 hour yoga teacher training too!
I scaled back my offerings to just four classes per week this fall and am feeling ready to get back in the classroom with some new ideas and classes. I’m looking forward to the Winter/Spring session of classes to start and hope to see you in class next week!
